1. Open your Facebook app on any Mobile phone.
2. Tap on the Menu (three horizontal lines).
3. Tap “Settings & Privacy.”
4. Go to Settings.
5. Scroll and tap on “Download your information” in the “Your Facebook Information” section.
6. To add or remove categories of data from your request, you can check or uncheck the boxes on the right side of the page.
7. Select your request along with your download format, quality of posts, photo and video, date, etc.
8. Tap on “Create File” to confirm your request.
9. You will soon get a notification when your download request is prepared.
