How to Move Apps to SD card Samsung
You can make space in your device by transferring the application to the microSD card in your device. Follow the steps given below to move apps to MicroSD –

Open the Settings app on your Samsung phone.

Tap Applications.

Then Tap Application Manager.

Tap on the app which you want to move to SD.

Tap on Storage.

Now you’ll see the option to move the app to an SD card.

Tap SD card.
Note: All applications can not be moved to an SD card. For some apps, the Move to SD card option will be unavailable on your Samsung phone.

Use SD (memory) card as internal storage
Now another option that is baked into Android is to consider Android as your SD card as internal storage. Which is called “Adoptable Storage” in Android devices.
To use a Memory card as internal storage, choose Storage from your settings and then choose your SD Card. After that Tap on the three dots on the top right corner then click on Storage settings and Tap Format as Internal.
Note: Make sure you have backed up your data, otherwise it will erase all the data on your card.
Now tap on Erase & Format and click on OK. After that you will see two options – Move now and move later. If you want to just start the app move, now tap move or tap on the moving letter. Now Tap on Next.
How to change the storage location to SD card in Redmi
